At TWL, we believe that the principles of good corporate governance are fundamental to creating a strong and sustainable economy for future generations. They are written into our DNA. With accountability, fairness, transparency and responsibility as the framework for leadership and decision-making, TWL has reliably delivered strong returns on investment, and has continuously paid dividends to its shareholders since its first year of operating in 2009.

TWL’s status as the only petroleum landowner company to consistently score 10/10 on the Oil Search Corporate Governance Card, along with its continuous payment of dividends to its shareholders since its first year of operating in 2009, have seen TWL recognised as an industry leader in the field. In 2018, TWL was the inaugural winner of the Recognition of Outstanding Leadership in Corporate Governance within a PNG Landowner Enterprise Award at the 15th Mining and Petroleum Investment Conference in Sydney.

“Only through compliance we can truly leave a sustainable legacy behind for our future generation when oil and gas resources are depleted.” - Larry Andagali, Managing Director
